Workout bars are a great way to add weight to your bodyweight training. I like this product because it ranges from 5-20 pounds, and it’s sturdy and affordable. Can’t go wrong here!

Workout bands have two primary uses: For mobility exercises. For bodyweight training. These bands are great for both, and are very affordable. This set comes with two bands: one that provides 50-120 lbs of resistance, and another that provides 40-80 lbs of resistance.

If you like to do bodyweight training, a battle rope is a useful addition to your home gym because it allows you to do a great version of a row exercise for your back. Many people also like to use the battle rope for cardio.

Weighted ab training is an important part of building a great core, and a weighted workout ball is a good tool for this. Two of my favorite ab exercises are hanging and Captain’s Chair leg raises, and you can turn them into weighted exercises by snatching a medicine ball in between your feet.  

A good bodyweight workout program includes pull-ups and dips, and a “Power Tower” kills both birds with one stone. It also allows you to do hanging and Captain’s Chair leg raises, which are great ab exercises. The Weider Power Tower is a great buy. It’s sturdy, high-quality, and affordable.

Kettlebells are great for bodyweight training. You can use them for shoulder and arm training, and can also hang them off a dip belt to add weight to your dips and pull-ups.
