    Hi Mike,
    Do these weight numbers that you address in the podcast apply to women? About how much muscle weight should a women expect to gain within the first year of weight training? Very informative podcast as always!

      Oops I need to remember to clarify for both men AND women. Women can gain about half the amount as men.
