      Mike, I’ve been following your program and I had have the better results in my life. The bad thing, and got nothing to do with the program is that, when I try to help someone, specially girls, they persist thinking about they would get bulky if they lift heavy weights :(. What to tell them if they want advice on this matter but they still think they will get bulky?.

        I’ve been there. The best thing you can do is introduce her to an informed female role model. Your friend has been trained by the media to compare herself to other women, and another woman’s opinion will be much more important to her than yours.
