      SNP analysis is very expensive. It’s the bead array that costs particularly if they have a vendor who is providing them with a custom array.

      Yes that’s definitely one of the factors. There are psychological factors in play too. If someone really believes a certain style of eating is better then there’s a good chance they will confirm their biases, you know?
