    Thanks, Mike. I’m 46, 6’3″, 200lbs, 16% body fat. Three years ago I weighed 360lbs. I have been lifting and little over a year (about 8 weeks into your BLS program). I started my most recent cut in August at 243 and 25%BF. I feel like I should continue to diet down to 10-12%. However, everyone tells me that I look gaunt and should gain some weight. I am currently reverse dieting and am now eating about 2500 calories, 200g protein, 55g fat and, this week, about 300g carbs. My goal is to be about 20 pounds heavier and about 15%BF. Any recommendations? I don’t want to bulk and add more body fat but I’m not sure losing any more weight is good. I can’t seem to get my body fat any lower. I stay right around 16%. Thanks for any advice.

    What are your thoughts on wraps on the knees/elbows. particularly knees for squats, I see a lot of people at the gym wrap their knees for squats and leg press.

    I meno to post my bsn question here. So Il ask again bsn is owned by glanbia who owns o.n. yet there’s a lawsuit again’t bsn is this lawsuit pre glanbia or what?
