What has happened so far on the program?

Serious fat loss and definition. I started in spring so I wanted to cut. I am looking forward to my first time bulking.

What do you like most about the program?

I like the intensity and quickness of the workouts. Being a teacher I do not have a lot of time workout so 45 min – one hour before school and 20 min after is perfect.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing, I was looking for a new start and this came highly recommended.

What are three other benefits of the program?

I feel much healthier in general. My girlfriend continues to complement my new physique. And my friends are continually blown away by how I look and how much more athletic I am.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Hands down, 100% yes. This program makes dieting easy to follow and the results are quick. I have done many types of programs and none have showed me the results I see as fast as I’ve seen them.  The Shredded Chef is a life saver if you need good post workout recipes, I train fasted and the Post Workout Peanut Butter Blast fits all my macros perfectly after a workout.
