What has happened so far on the program?
I have gone from 20% body fat to the 10-11% range. Went from 205lbs to 185 lbs. And all of my lifts have gone up significantly.
What do you like most about the program?
I have come to enjoy the low rep range, high intensity workouts. It’s easier to stay motivated and focused during workouts with the lower rep range.
What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?
It was different from other programs I have done with a low rep range for exercises and only working out each body part once a week.
What are three other benefits of the program?
Everything is laid out for you so it is very easy to follow. Having the research to back up the points made in the book is also helpful because you can look up the information yourself. The tips that the book makes to help with motivation cannot be overlooked. It is one of the reasons I have been able to stick with the program.
Would you recommend this program? If so, why?
I would recommend this program. Simply because I have had success so far and it works.
Is there anything else you’d like to add?
Having Mike available to answer questions is a big plus to this program. I have never felt lost or wondered what I have to do next with this program.
