What has happened so far on the program?

I’ve been following the cutting diet mentioned in the book and I’ve been strictly following the workout plan. I have currently lost 30 pounds of body fat, while putting on lean muscle. My body has leaned out and I’m seeing muscles that I never knew were there.

What do you like most about the program?

I like the fact that I don’t have to kill myself in the gym by doing super sets. I most like the support that I get online, Mike and his team are always willing to help and answer any questions that I have.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I had read several other books and followed their routine, but nothing changed. I didn’t loose any weight, and I definitely did not see any progress, and I had given up. So when I saw the book “Bigger Leaner Stronger” online I was hesitant, I thought it was just another author trying to make a quick buck, but when I finished the book I had a solid foundation to start my workout plan. I followed all the suggestions, never missed a workout, and never looked back. I see progress every week.

What are three other benefits of the program?

I like all the free books and articles that are posted, because as a newbie to weightlifting I have a lot of questions. I also like the one year challenge because Mike lays out a complete workout plan for your first year of working out.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

People are constantly asking me how I lost so much weight while still building lean muscle. I always recommend “Bigger Leaner Stronger” to people who ask me what program I followed. I have seen a lot of changes to my body and I continue to see changes, and that is why I always recommend this program to people.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I am almost 40 and I thought that I was too old to get into shape, but I was wrong. This program has shown me no matter your age, if you have the dedication and desire you can reach any goal you set for yourself. Yes, it is hard work and I have fallen off the wagon once or twice, but I always got back on and I will continue to reach my goals. I owe a big thanks to Mike and his team for helping reach my goals.
