What has happened so far on the program?

I finished my cutting phase , I dropped 25 pounds (165 pounds to 140 pounds). I am going to bulk until 175 pounds. Then I will start cutting phase again to get rid of some extra fat.

What do you like most about the program?

Spending less than an hour per day in the gym is the best thing for me. I can save time to finish my homework and focus on school, but still be able to get the result from the fitness world.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Being skinny fat wasn’t fun at all. I felt embarrassed whenever I needed to take off my shirt. One of my friends even told me that I had a bigger boobs than her. I was ashamed of myself for being a fat ass. So I knew that it was time to make a change. Then I went on the internet and found “Bigger, Leaner, Stronger”. The title of the book got my attention at first sight.

What are three other benefits of the program?

1) I become more confident in life.

2) I’m getting stronger and leaner.

3) Most of all, I learned that I have to be patient and work hard to get what I want. There is no shortcut.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Absolutely, the book is like my bodybuilding bible. It teachs you everything from eating to training. You don’t need to worry about anything. It is simple, you only need to follow what is written in the book and you will have the body you always dreamed of.
