What has happened so far on the program?

I feel much more confident and up for challenges, life seems like a game. I never imagined that lifting weights would make such a great impact in my life.

 What do you like most about the program?

I can tell you that the program is very well laid out. I’ve never been a Gym guy, and it is fun to go now and on my very first month be able to see many of the mistakes you refer to in the book. I see myself gaining size and muscle weight so quickly and folks at the gym seem to be stuck. They do a weird mixture of exercises, don’t rest between sets, don’t do the repetitions as they should. It is like if I could tell them how to do it right.

The writer is a fit BLS person. Gazillion programs out there are written by different individuals that have a not so awesome body. I rather hear a talk about health and fitness from a healthy fit person than a very knowledgeable Doctor.

 What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Other similar books that seems to have a very good content as well! i.e. Think and Grow Thin, Starting Strength.

What are three other benefits of the program?

1. Clear and easy to read for beginners.

2. No BS about working out and supplements.

3. No 1 week results promised. Working hard is required. I love that.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Yes. Simply because it is working for me.
