I'm Keith H. and this is my story
How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?
They represent one year. I was 185 pounds in the first picture and 168 pounds in the after.
What has happened so far on the program?
I cut for the first three months and lost about 15 pounds. After that, I bulked for 6 months and got back up to 185 pounds. I then cut again for the last 3 months and I’m currently at 168 pounds.
My bench went from 125 for 6 reps in the beginning to 195 for 6 reps. My squat increased from 145 for 6 reps to 235 for 6 reps. My deadlift increased from 135 for 6 reps to 225 for 6 reps. My overhead press went from 75 for 6 reps to 115 for 6 reps.
What workout split from the book did you use?
I used the 5-day split.
What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?
I was skeptical about only working in the 4-6 rep range for each exercise and achieving the kind of results Mike talked about. I wasn’t worried about it being hard, even though it was hard lifting heavy weight in the beginning of the program.
I’ve tried P90x and was pleased with the results, but I looked much better after doing Bigger Leaner Stronger than I did after 90 days of P90x.
What do you like most about the program?
I liked that I didn’t spend more than 45-60 minutes in the gym each day.
How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?
Bigger Leaner Stronger is by far the best program!
How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?
I have more motivation now, and more confidence!
Who would you recommend this program to and why?
I recommended Bigger Leaner Stronger to all my friends who lift and some of my family members who are looking to start weight training.
Is there anything else you’d like to add?
Don’t be skeptical because Bigger Leaner Stronger simply works. If you are like me and are new to weight training, just follow the program. It lays everything out for you.
Did you use any Legion supplements?
