What has happened so far on the program?

I have lost 5% body fat (from 22% to 17%), dropped from 121 pounds to 114 pounds. I didn’t really see weight drop until 3 months in. Loss of weight was super slow in the beginning but that was good. I was replacing fat with muscle. Now my overall body composition is burning more calories at rest.

What do you like most about the program?

That I have the tools to be my own personal trainer. I know the basics and how to change my program without someone telling me what to do. So empowering!

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing. Once I found the book on audible, I was sold. Wish I would’ve found it sooner!

What are three other benefits of the program?

Feel better in clothes.

I have more energy.

Sleep better.

Of course. So people know the right technique for improving their body.
