What has happened so far on the program?

When I started BLS (Bigger Leaner Stronger) I weighed 230 lbs and I now weigh 190 lbs. My strength has increased in all the big lifts: Squats have gone from 135 lbs to 245, Deadlifts from 135 to 275, dumbbell flat bench press from 60s to 100s and military press from 135 to 195.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing kept me from buying the book, I bought it as soon as it was available!

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I have tried p90x and insanity and neither of them compare to BLS and my results have been the best from BLS.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I have become more confident at work and have way more energy than I ever have! Thanks Mike!
