What has happened so far on the program?

For 15 years I have religiously “worked out”. I always gave 100%, spending hours at the gym, counting calories, with barely noticeable results. Discipline and motivation wasn’t my problem.

I was doing everything wrong. Eating all the wrong foods, wasting my time with high reps, low weight. Basically, I was overtraining and getting no results.

Now, by doing everything Mike lays out in his book, I have lost over 25lbs and more than 10 inches just around my waist going from a size 12 to a 4 in less than 6 months.

What do you like most about the program?

RESULTS! Sometimes I look in the mirror and can’t believe that is my body!!!

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing! I figured I had nothing to lose besides some unwanted fat!

It is easy to follow and leaves you with no desire to cheat! It truly is a lifestyle change.

My physical fitness is through the roof! At 41, I am in the best shape of my life.

The encouragement and inspiration I can give others. Many people at the gym saw my success and had to know what I was doing. I have recommended this book countless times and have helped many people get started on their own transformation.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?
