What has happened so far on the program?

Mass progress in fat loss, strength gained and muscle definition, increased confidence and I very rarely get ill even if I’m surrounded by sick people.

What do you like most about the program?

Lots of compound lifts. Never really done these before but they make such a difference. Also always being able to check in with you via email or Facebook for advice, moral boosts etc. Feels like you’re a PT as well as an author

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing nearly kept me from buying the book. I didn’t even know it existed I was looking through mens health books (as most of the uneducated do) and stumbled across it on Amazon.

What are three other benefits of the program?

The main ones for me are the programme is really simple and easy to follow (I spend less time lifting than I used to with better results). I find it easier to push harder and progress with 6 reps and the program is built round simple solid routines and none of the BS that is always around body building.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Yes I would recommend this programme simply because it works. If you stick to what is laid out you can’t go wrong.
