What has happened so far on the program?

I started to build muscle and lose fat. At the beginning I was weighing 80kg and now my weight is 75kg. However, I look bigger than before.

What do you like most about the program?

One thing that I love in your training is it is short. Before I had to do 7 different exercises a day, which was very exhausted and used to last more than a hour. I’m not saying your style of training is easy, because its not. Actually it is very intense, but shorter, which I love.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing. I heard about the book from a friend and started the program 2 weeks later.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Sure. Actually I have done it already. A few friends did not believe in my results with the type of training I was doing so I told them about the book because it actually works. It is easier than the common way of training, and really works.
