What has happened so far on the program?

I’ve shed around 40lbs of fat and built much more muscle. It has not only transformed my body, but improved my performance in other areas of sports and my life in general too.

What do you like most about the program?

The no BS approach from Mike is very refreshing, and he is very approachable; always answering emails on any questions you may have.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing. I couldn’t wait to get started after reading the reviews of Mike’s book.

What are three other benefits of the program?

The heavy, compound lifts are expertly detailed, and although different from how many of us start off in the gym (i.e. medium weights for 10-12 reps) this approach to weight training is far superior, and gets quick results, providing you’re willing to put the effort in. Nutrition and diet requirements are laid out and are easy to follow. Friends and family quickly notice the gains you make, inspiring others to train as well.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Definitely, I’ve managed to transform my body in a relatively short space of time by following this program. There’s still a long way to go, but anyone who has thought about starting lifting should buy this book and start immediately. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Provided you stick to the program and put the effort in, following Mike’s advice, you WILL make the gains you want.
