What has happened so far on the program?

My goal was to bulk, and that’s exactly the results I achieved. I went from 155 to 180-182(since it fluctuates) in about 3-4 months, but not only that, I became stronger as well.

What do you like most about the program?

I liked calorie calculations for bulking, cutting, and maintaining because they matched up with a college fitness book I read.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

That there are too many “eat this not that / exercise” programs already out on the market and trying to choose the right one.

What are three other benefits of the program?

I think it is obvious as the title of the book states, Bigger, Leaner, and Stronger

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Yes, because most of the book is either based off of facts or long-term experiences. If you apply the knowledge that’s in this book, you WILL get results! I’m proof of that.
