What has happened so far on the program?

I just followed strictly the cutting nutrition plan and the first eight weeks of the one year training program. Everything is working great. Now I will start the next eight weeks of training, and I will follow a maintenance diet plan. After this I will bulk for eight more weeks, and let’s see what happens.

What do you like most about the program?

The program is extremely easy to follow, both the nutrition and the training programs. Amazing!

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

As soon as I read the three free chapters of the book I decided without any doubts to get the book. And I was right!

Absolutely YES, and I am already doing that. Because it WORKS.
