I'm Chris M. and this is my story
What has happened so far on the program?
The first 5 weeks I followed the cutting guidelines and had great results in a short time. (183 to 173 and about ~20% bf to ~16% bf) I am starting my sixth week today (10/29/12) where I will begin to bulk to try to build some solid muscle size.
What do you like most about the program?
The fast results I am getting, helps me stay motivated. I have had good results from other programs but they came a lot slower than BLS.
What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?
Nothing really deterred me from the book or the program. The book was a suggestion on Amazon and I was looking for a new program/book to read. I read almost anything fitness or nutrition related I can get my hands on. Your program seemed simple with no bs and made lots of sense to me.
What are three other benefits of the program?
The short workouts (before my lifting would go over an hour), gives me more time to do other things. The exercises/lifts are the ones I enjoy doing. The nutritional guidelines are easy to calculate and follow.
Would you recommend this program? If so, why?
I would and already have recommended this program to friends and family. I think that if they would just really give it a fair try they would all be amazed by how simple changing your body can be.
