How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

Roughly a year and a half.

Before I started I was at 155 pounds and had around 25% body fat.

I got down to 136 pounds and 11-12% body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut about 2 and half months and I dropped my body fat percentage to 11-12%. I was at 136 pounds from 155 pounds. I started bulking for about 6-7 months and I went up to 151 pounds and about 14.5% body fat.

My strength is the biggest thing that impresses me and my friends all around me. My bench press is 170 pounds, squat 280 pounds, deadlift 315 pounds,  and military press is 120 pounds.

I’m sure I could lift more weight if I tried hitting my 1RM on these lifts, but overall I gained an incredible amount of strength! I don’t look big, but I am so much stronger than anyone else around me. It gives me a lot of confidence!

What workout split from the book did you use?

I tried all of them. First I started with the 3-day split and 2 days of HIIT training. I switched to the 4-day split with 2 days of soccer. Finally, for the past year, I have been doing 4 days of boxing, 3 days of strength training, and 2 days of soccer.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I believe in science and hard facts. When I heard about Bigger Leaner Stronger, I was skeptical. But the moment I started reading, it felt like I was reading an educational book rather than a book with crazy promises and advertising.

What do you like most about the program?

I love the fact that all the information makes sense. Everything you do seems logical in this program.

I never thought I could be who I am right now; I owe it all to Bigger Leaner Stronger! The results I achieved were incredible.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I tried many other diet programs and workout programs. It was discouraging seeing no results.

Bigger Leaner Stronger and its diet plan changed my life and I can officially call myself an athlete now. I am obsessed!

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I used to have high cholesterol, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and mood swings. I was told by many doctors to use medication for my cholesterol for the last 10 years. I can happily say I no longer have any of those symptoms anymore!

I am motivating other people and helping them to achieve their goals now, too. I am a more confident person. I am full of energy and so grateful!

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I have been exposing the program to my friends or people who have seen my transformation and asked me about my opinions. I think this program is one of the best programs you can follow. Sustainability is very important and this program gives you that.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

First of all, I would like to say thank you to the Legion Athletics team and Mike. His team and his company are changing the game. I would say to people who are thinking about jumping into Bigger Leaner Stronger: please don’t hesitate!

As I mentioned before, every single thing you do in this program makes sense. It’s like reading a scientific textbook. You will enjoy it and you will see changes. I am excited to be a part of this and excited for you to find the best version of yourself.
