What has happened so far on the program?
So far on the program I have cut from 178lbs to 153lbs and have met my goal of getting to 12% body fat.
What do you like most about the program?
I love that the work outs take only around 45 minutes. Due to the fact that I am a full time student and also work part time. I don’t have a lot of time to work out. But the way the program is set up I can just hit the gym in the morning and then head to class and it works out very well.
What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?
I was hesitant on buying the book at first because there are so many books on the market and they all seem to be saying different things and claiming that their way is right way. But all the reviews about the book and about Mike the author seemed to be really good. Also the successes shown on his website were genuine people and not just a bunch of photo shopped advertising. With the book being only $7 I figured why not give it a shot.
What are three other benefits of the program?
Three other benefits would be more overall energy throughout the day as a result of eating a much healthier diet. I feel less stress now having a healthy outlet for it. Third would be the chance to meet other people at the gym who I would never have met otherwise.
Is there anything else you’d like to add?
The program laid out in the book really does work! Also the author Mike is genuinely interested in helping others achieve their fitness goals. He always seems to find the time to reply to everyone’s questions personally which is absolutely amazing.
