What has happened so far on the program?

Lost 42lb plus I am stronger and fitter than I was 20 years ago.

What do you like most about the program?

Very easy to follow, specific and logical. The program teaches you not only how to train in an effective way to maximize results, but also the relationship between food and your body and how to plan your diet based on your goals/current weight.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing kept me from buying the book, I was just unaware it existed, which is why I recommend it so passionately. I wished I come across this program years ago it, would have saved me a lot of time, money and wasted effort.

What are three other benefits of the program?

Increased confidence, energy and maximized results from your efforts in the gym.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

100% yes because it’s written in a way that grabs your attention, gives you the belief which is key and quite simply because it works.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Amazing book, as I said I wish I had come across it along time ago, the content is great and the way it is written will inspire you that you can do it.
