      Hey Mike, do you think you could share your podcasts as an RSS feed as well? I’m using an automated script on my linux machine to download podcasts that are published as an RSS feed and this would help me getting them as soon as you publish.

    raw meat…lots of it….Good protein count, helps build muscles, and repairs the body.

    Hey Mike,

    I just gotta say that I applied some tips from this podcast for a weekend trip and it was so easy, especially the calorie saving method. All I really did was eat less meals and tried to eat my body weight in protein. I’m cutting and applied some tips and after the weekend I lost almost 2 pounds! Crazy awesome. Thanks man!
