    Hey Mike,

    I like these interviews.

    Random question. When you’re bulking, and keeping low body fat, does your neck size grow? I ask because im looking to get dress shirts for fancy occasions and dont want to get new clothes every time i cut/bulk. What other body parts grow?

      Good question. I haven’t noticed or paid attention to be honest. I never measured neck…

      Generally speaking everything grows but your fingers and toes, haha.

    Hi Mike, you and Dr Spencer touched on PCOS and you mentioned that you had written a little about it but I can’t find anything on it on MFL. I am currently reverse dieting and then I want to go on a cut (I read TLS) however, I went to the doctors a few years back and they diagnosed me with mild PCOS. Am I doomed fat loss wise?
