    Hi Mike,

Been following you for a while and appreciate your content. This podcast was one of your better ones as often times human beings get caught up in the mechanics and tactics of fitness and neglect the most important part which is psychology. I agree with what Ru said about forming micro habits throughout the day which is what I do and seems to be a trait of successful people. (not saying I’m successful but you obviously are!). Thanks for this and keep up the great podcasts!

    Jay

    • Hey Jay! Thanks for the support, and I’m glad you enjoyed the podcast!

Yep, I completely agree on the habits.

      My pleasure! Will do. 🙂

Mike, I found what you said about social media interesting as well. It was such a time waster for me for a while until I was able to compartmentalize it as 90% tactical tool for business and 10% social. That said, how much time do you spend per week on social media for your business vs. straight on original content creation? Thanks

        • Hmm maybe an hour or so per day on SM answering questions and tweets and such and 4 to 6 hours of writing content per day (with the rest of my time mostly spent writing emails and copy, haha).

I think a lot of people underestimate the amount of time it takes to produce high quality web content. It’s a full time gig!

          • Absolutely!

Hey mike I play a lot of golf and I was wondering if you had any tips on exercises to focus on to prevent injuries/ improve my golf game?

    • Hey man!

I’d love to write an article on this but am loaded up. Maybe next quarter.

The long story short is you’ll benefit most from the big compound movements that build explosive power like the squat, deadlift, OHP, and bench press.
