Hey Mike! I read tls and now just got my copy of the one year challenge. Here is my question. Can I combine days so I only lift twice a week? I box already twice a week and lift twice a week and there is no way in my schedule I can add three more sessions in. While looking at the outline I’m thinking I can do day one and two in one day and days 3-5 on the other. If I do this how many days between should I rest? Im thinking I could lift Monday’s and Thursday then box Wednesday and Sunday. Ideally I want to lift Tuesday and Thursday but I have a feeling that’s no enough space between. I just don’t want to over do it and burn out. Thank you!
