Below is my normal supplementation routine when I’m cutting. It’s pretty simple, but very effective.

While supplements aren’t necessary for getting lean, my experience is that by following the routine below, I reduce the time it takes to reach my body fat goal by about 25 to 50%, which is well worth it in my eyes.

It’s also worth noting that I’m a big fan of fasted training when I’m cutting, which is why I’m taking FORGE, which contains yohimbine to speed up fat loss, HMB to help preserve muscle, and citicoline to improve focus.

Pre-Workout (Lifting, fasted)

1 1/2 servings of LEGION FORGE

Post-Workout

2 scoops of LEGION WHEY+

1 serving of LEGION GENESIS

4 grams of fish oil

5,000 IU of vitamin D

With Lunch

With Dinner
