PB2 is such a great find that it feels like a life hack.

It’s a powdered form of peanut butter that has almost all of the fat removed. You mix it with a little bit of water and it turns back into a peanut butter-like paste, which is quite tasty, and very low calorie (45 calories per tablespoon–yup, you read that right).

I like to mix PB2 into my post-workout smoothies (which contains raw fiber, bananas, rice milkprotein powder, cinnamon, creatine, and glutamine) and into oatmeal, and I also enjoy it straight up with a banana.

There are two flavors of PB2 available, and both are delicious.
