Sometime in the early 1600s, Americans began celebrating the glory of a bountiful harvest by the grace of God with a modest but generous fall feast with fellow settlers and colonists.
You know, something like this:
Today, we carry on this revered tradition by hammerfisting plate after plate of industrially manufactured foodstuffs down our blubbery gullets until we can barely move and hysterically sacrificing our bank accounts on the altar of consumerism until they’re bone-dry.
There’s probably a lesson to be learned here but I’m too full and broke to right now to want to think about it sooooo let’s move on. 😉
Here’s what I’ve been up to diesem Monat . . .
Now that my work is done on the soon-to-be-released new third editions of Bigger Leaner Stronger and Thinner Leaner Stronger, I’ve pledged my fingers to a rewrite of the sequel to Bigger Leaner Stronger, which is called Beyond Bigger Leaner Stronger.
While the general principles taught in the book will remain more or less unchanged, I’m going to be revamping a lot of the material based on reader feedback and my own notes and ideas, including the program itself.
The bottom line is “BBLS 2.0” is going to be more informative and effective, better organized, and easier to follow and implement. And it’ll be out sometime next year! (The current goal is a late summer release.)
Oh and for my female friends, yes, I’ll be doing a sequel to Thinner Leaner Stronger as well (tentatively titled…you guessed it…Beyond Thinner Leaner Stronger). I won’t be able to get it out until 2020, but I promise it’ll be worth the wait!
My firstborn (and let’s be real, favorite) child over at Legion is getting spoiled yet again with three new flavors:
We’re still tinkering with the flavor systems, but they’re already pretty dang scrumdiddlyumptious, so all three should be rolling out over the first two quarters of 2019.
Yep, I’ve released new preworkout supplement without any stimulants!
While caffeine has a lot of pros, too much too often or at the wrong times can cause problems.
Other people want to be able to use a preworkout and drink a coffee (or three) during the day without ingesting enough caffeine to kill a parrot.
And even people who tolerate caffeine well can become mostly desensitized to its performance-enhancing effects after just two to three weeks of continuous use.
(This is why I recommend doing one or two low- or no-caffeine days each week, and saving your largest, clinically effective dosages [4 to 6 mg per kg of body weight] for your hardest workouts.)
Well, with my new stim-free Pulse, you can reap all the training and muscle-building benefits of ingredients like beta-alanine, betaine, and citrulline malate while also keeping your caffeine intake wherever you’d like it to be.
For instance, you could go with caffeinated Pulse before your hardest workouts and caffeine-free before your less-intense ones (what I’ll be doing), or caffeine-free on days where you have to train after work and caffeinated before your morning sessions.
In terms of flavors for stim-free, we’ve started with just Fruit Punch, but we’ll soon be releasing two more:
Followed, hopefully, by several others.

The National Research Foundation predicted that 164 million Americans—over half of the freaking country—would go Black Friday/Cyber Monday shopping this year.
That’s about 44 million more weekend shoppers than voters in 2016. That’s cool. Or not.
Anywayz, Black Friday weekend is big for my businesses because the fourth quarter is otherwise pretty terrible. And this year’s bonanza was outstanding—highest-ever numbers across the board.
So I just want to say THANK YOU if you tossed me a few shekels during the sale. You’re the best. It really means a lot.
