A full year.
I went from 42 % body fat to 23.5 % body fat and from 184.4 lb to 138.6 lb.
I cut for a full year and lost 45+ lbs. Only did a carb cycling during Christmas time for a month. Gained 5 pounds and dropped it afterward.
My strength has increased dramatically to the point I never expected it to be able to do. Still more to go–haven’t found my heaviest point of lifting quite yet!

Cardio was the only way I thought you could lose weight, which didn’t help much. I tried going vegan, which did work but didn’t last. I missed too many of the foods I used to be able to eat!
