"I have gained strength in all areas and I feel 110% better everyday!"

Ryan's Progress

What has happened so far on the program?

I have lost an unknown amount of fat and replaced it with lean muscle mass. In the first photo I was at about 200lbs. In the second photo I am at 183lbs.

My body fat percentage is at 5.7 with calipers and I am scheduled for a hydrostatic test next week to get a more accurate number. I’m sure that I am between 5-8%. I have gained strength in all areas and I feel 110% better everyday!

What do you like most about the program?

The program is simple yet effective. It is scientifically engineered to build lean muscle mass and burn fat without any gimmicks or “broscience.” There is no over-training or super-sets, just straight to the point weightlifting for strength training.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing. I was ready to get back into shape after slacking off for years (obviously). I had gone to the gym in the past but never followed a program like this. I was ready to see what could be accomplished.

What are three other benefits of the program?

Physical health, positive results in all areas of life and versatility.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

YES! And I have. I bought the book for two friends and I have showed the program to others. The results speak for themselves.

Is that the same guy in both photos? The tatoo is a giveaway.

    • Michael Matthews

Before was a mirror selfie, after was taken by someone else.

      • Gary Kenny

Indeed. That makes more sense! Haha!

Have you watch the documentary “Forks Over Knives”?
I’d like your opinion about it, if you haven’t, I think you might find it interesting and informative.

    • Michael Matthews

      No I haven’t.

Gary, the first photo is a mirror reflection, second someone took the photo. Think about it. It’s obv the same guy. Good job Ryan! Championship stuff there.

    • Michael Matthews

      Correct again.

  • Matthew Hill

Yes, he had a little work done on the tatoo as well…

    • Michael Matthews

      Correct.

  • Jos

Oh come! The tat on the before pic is gone on the after pic …

    • Michael Matthews

First pic is a selfie in a mirror and the second was taken by someone else. Same tattoo–just slightly added to.

I have over 100 success stories and post 3-5 new ones every week. Why would I fake random ones like this??
