What has happened so far on the program?

This was six months progress.  The first pic I was around +30% body fat and the after was around 13%. I lost a total of 49 pounds on the program.

My strength progressed quickly because I was new to lifting properly.  My bench press went up 60 lbs.  My squat went up 85 lbs.  Deadlift went up 110 lbs.  Military Press went up 35 lbs.  All while cutting!

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I tried other workout programs in the past that I purchased from infomercials (not mentioning the names). Those programs were much harder than Bigger Leaner Stronger and I didn’t get the results that I did with BLS.

I enjoy lifting heavier weights much more!

What do you like most about the program?

I love the program because it’s simple and easy to follow.  The diet plan is very simple and flexible.  The results I got were amazing!

I slipped on my diet quite a bit but always got back to it and consistently lost weight.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I love the program!  It’s easier than others that I have tried and I got much better results!

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I have much more energy now and am more confident!  I’m also not as irritable as I used to be.

And after all that I have learned I can continue to achieve all my other physical goals with ease!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I have purchased all of Mike’s books and have learned everything I need to know to live a healthier more productive life!

I encourage anyone that is considering his programs to just do it.  It’s the best program I’ve tried.  I wish I could have found it sooner.  Thanks Mike!!!
