In the before picture I was 275 lbs and over 20% body fat. The after picture is a year later and I was 243 lbs and around 12% body fat.
While the pictures are about a year apart, the most dramatic change occurred during the last 12 weeks of the program.
In all, it took me about a solid 15 weeks to drop 20 lbs and drop down to nearly 10% body fat. I was also able to gain muscle and strength during my cutting phase.
I’ve become very strong on my military press and incline press. I’m almost as strong on the incline as I am on the flat bench! Pull ups are also much easier now than they were in previous years.
I stuck with the 5-day split.
I thought the program was too simple. I’ve worked out all my life and had done most of the exercises in Bigger Leaner Stronger before. However, once I became focused, dedicated, and consistent with doing the workouts, I saw dramatic strength gains I had never seen before in all my years of working out.
I loved the results! I’ve done so many programs and none have produced results like Bigger Leaner Stronger.
Bigger Leaner Stronger has far exceeded any other program I’ve tried. Others were just too complex or I felt like I needed to be on performance enhancing drugs to maximize the workout.
The Bigger Leaner Stronger program helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I’m now more disciplined and I’ve been able to focus better in other areas of my life, too.
I would highly recommend the program to anyone. If you follow the program completely as it’s laid out, the results will follow!
Stay focused and push through plateaus! There was a period of about 3 weeks where the scale didn’t move and my strength gains plateaued.
However, I stuck with the program and pushed through that phase. Surprisingly, my strength gains eventually started to improve again!
No, but I will!
