The diet made it easier for me to make it into a lifestyle and I didn’t have to restrict what I eat a lot. I was strict with it, but flexible enough that I can enjoy a pizza once in a while too.
I am so confident now that I am even doing the WBFF show to show off my new body in the transformation category.
My energy is great and I am more level-headed because I’m not starving.
