My pictures represent one full year. I went from 98 kg (215.6 lb) to 70 kg (154 lb).
I had a gradual improvement in my cardio and weightlifting workouts. I remember initially it was very difficult to do anything, but slowly there was an improvement in my workouts! When you get results from your hard work, it motivates you even more!
I did the 5-day split.
Sunday: Cardio, upper abs, chest & triceps
Monday Cardio, lower abs, back & biceps
Tuesday: Cardio, upper abs, shoulders, and legs
Wednesday: Cardio, upper abs, chest and triceps
Thursday: Cardio, lower abs, back and biceps
Friday: Off day
Every workout was done in a fasted state.
Nothing! After reading through Bigger Leaner Stronger, I was not disappointed!
As the saying goes: no pain no gain! And that was true with this program–it was difficult but the results were outstanding.
It has no comparison. There are plenty of Youtube and online articles out there, but they are all BS and not supported by any research.
Mike gives you all the research and studies to back up the claims he makes in the book.
