These pictures represent my 6 month progress from June 6th, 2017 to December 13th, 2017.
I had to stop the program for a few weeks due to traveling.
Weight: 152 lb to 138 lb.
Body Fat: ~ 20% to ~ 11%.
My 6 month progress consisted of cutting (with a few weeks of interruption due to traveling), during which I lost more than 10 lb and gained significant strength.
My progress included: Bench Press: 5 reps of 145 lb to 6 reps of 155 lb. Squat: 6 reps of 115 lb to 5 reps of 145 lb. Deadlift: 6 reps of 165 lb to 6 reps of 205 lb. Military Press: 6 reps of 95 lb to 4 reps of 115 lb. Barbell Curl: 6 reps of 65 lb to 5 reps of 80 lb.
I used the 5-day workout split.
I had tried other programs, mostly with unsatisfactory results. It was hard for me to believe that I could achieve the body of my dreams. Given it’s science-based, straight-to-the-point approach, I decided to give Bigger Leaner Stronger a try–and I am so glad I did.
The program gives you everything you need, is simple and easy to follow, and allows you to eat the foods you like–I ate ice cream and sweets every day!
Other programs gave me diets and workouts that were inconvenient and hard to follow, not based on actual science, and barely produced any results. I could notice my progress with Bigger Leaner Stronger early on, which motivated me to keep going.
Throughout the program, I have improved my energy, focus, productivity, and sleep. Overall I feel healthier and more vital than ever. I am also more confident and happy.
I would recommend this program to anyone–it is the easiest and most effective way to improve your health and fitness!
It is hard at first, but once you develop habits of eating healthy and working out, everything else naturally follows.
