"It's pretty cool to have a muscular, athletic body - something I thought I'd never been able to attain!"

Progress Image 4 Months

How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

4 months – I was at 175 at 18% body fat and then I went to 150 at 7% body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut for about 4 months and dropped a bunch of water weight quickly, and went from 175 down to about 166 in the first few weeks. Then I continued dropping further, down to about 155, and then 145.

But during this time, I was increasing my lifts and my body was re-comping with muscle, and so my weight sort of stalled around 145.

Then I switched for a few weeks to eating maintenance or slightly higher calories and went up to about 150 with glycogen and water weight.

What workout split from the book did you use?

I used the 5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing really stopped me from buying the book – it was so cheap for one audible credit that I decided to buy it just to learn about general fitness. I know I could return it if it sucked.

I wanted to learn all about fitness for general information and decided to buy it so I would have something to listen to for myself while I walked to and from work (I live near my office). I never really expected it to make such a big difference; I was initially just interested in learning about fitness so I could be generally healthier.

What do you like most about the program?

It was way easier and faster than I thought. I was expecting results like that to take years and thought it would never actually work for me and that all the 3-month transformations I saw online were faked.

But I loved the workout splits and it was fun adding weight to the bar each week! And I could visibly see a difference each week as I progressed, which kept me motivated!

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I had tried lots of other things including static contraction, keto, etc., and nothing really worked and I never had something so fully laid out for me. I watched all kinds of videos on YouTube and it’s all a bunch of fluff, this has been the only program that actually worked for me with DRASTIC results.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I am much stronger and no longer have trouble picking my wife up! And it’s awesome being so easily able to lift heavy things like our huge laundry bag, etc. In addition to that, I am more easily able to deal with long-term projects and stay focused on things in my photography business.

I used to jump way too quickly from one thing to the next, but now I am able to be more focused and my business has actually increased!

Plus, I’m generally more confident in myself and for the first time, I feel proud when I am at the beach with my shirt off. It’s pretty cool to have a muscular, athletic body – something I thought I’d never been able to attain. I was always the skinny-fat weakling.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I would honestly recommend it to anyone looking to build a better body. In fact, I’ve already convinced about 10 of my friends to buy Bigger Leaner Stronger, and I’ve helped a few people train at the gym. It’s funny because I could probably be a personal trainer now since I know so much about fitness and health!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I’ve tried all kinds of diets including Tony Robbins Living Health, the Plant Paradox, Low Carb and Keto, and nothing came even close to this in terms of effectiveness. Bigger Leaner Stronger (and now Beyond Bigger Leaner Stronger) are my only trusted sources of information going forward.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

I used Legion Forge for cutting, but haven’t really been able to tell the results. Maybe I’m not sure what to do with it exactly.
