What has happened so far on the program?

I lost 10 pounds and gained 6 of muscle in 7 months. I’ve learned to eat well, to balance my life, train well and see results.

I’m amazed at the weight I can lift, how strong I’ve gotten, the muscle I’ve gained, and how lean and fit I look.  To see a body that I dreamed of having in such a short time.  I learned that lifting weights is not just a boy thing.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I thought that there were false promises that would include many hours in the gym, too strict diets and thought that they had no true scientific backing.

What do you like most about the program?

It is easy to follow, you see results every month and you can always get help from the staff.

Your custom meal plan is something you can sustain over time, something that you can follow as a lifestyle. The program is challenging but attainable.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I feel sure of myself and proud of my accomplishments so far. I have so much motivation to know where I can take my body and improve it increasingly more.

It is a program that gives real sustainable results because it is not something that you say happened by magic, it is a real program for real people, that demands you to have willpower, discipline, patience and the desire to achieve a better version of you.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I am so happy that I decided to take the one year challenge, for life.
