I have followed the basic principles in Bigger Leaner Stronger and have seen my body go from 16% to around 10. I have felt overall healthier and have more energy than ever.

I was worried the book would be a scam like most exercise books out there, but it was not at all.

I definitely would recommend it because it will change the way you think about your health. This book isn’t about getting ripped, it’s about being healthy, lifting smart, and eating clean.
