What has happened so far on the program?

I have followed the basic principles in Bigger Leaner Stronger and have seen my body go from 16% to around 10. I have felt overall healthier and have more energy than ever.

What do you like most about the program?

I like that the program is basic and explained. It’s never too hard to follow and you always know the reason you are doing something. It’s simple and effective.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I was worried the book would be a scam like most exercise books out there, but it was not at all.

I definitely would recommend it because it will change the way you think about your health. This book isn’t about getting ripped, it’s about being healthy, lifting smart, and eating clean.
