They represent 8 weeks. In the first picture, before I started the program, I weighed 136 pounds and I was about 33-34% body.
In the after picture, I weighed 125 pounds and I was about 23-24% body fat.
I cut for 8 weeks and lost a total of about 11 pounds. I started to eat healthier food, was very careful with my portion sizes, and I had no trouble losing fat!
Because of what I learned from Thinner Leaner Stronger, I now know that I don’t need to be that strict with my food intake in order to lose weight.
The nice thing about this program is that I not only became much stronger physically, but mentally too.
My incline and flat bench press are both now at 77 pounds for 8 reps. Squats are quite hard for me, so I’m only able to do 110 pounds for 5 reps. My favorite compound lift is the deadlift! I can do 132 pounds for 10 reps and am continually adding more weight each week. My military press is at 77 pounds for 10 reps.
I used the 5 day split and did 20 minutes of HIIT per week. Some days I also cooled down with yoga after my workouts.
Nothing, I just searched the Internet for how to build a strong, toned body and it led me to Muscle for Life. I saw Thinner Leaner Stronger and after reading the sample I decided to read the whole book.
I didn’t think the program would be too hard because I’ve tried a lot of crazy, intense workout programs throughout the years. I thought all those different programs would help me get thinner; a lot of them ridiculous now that I look back.
I realize how little I knew about training and nutrition when I first started! Nothing worked well for me until I tried this program. I love the Thinner Leaner Stronger program and it suits me perfectly!
I finally feel like I’m doing the right thing when it comes to training and nutrition. The only thing I regret is not finding Muscle for Life sooner. 🙂
Following the program was easy and it’s even easier to continue! I’ve been able to make progress without starving myself. I can eat whatever I want without any body fat coming back on!
Just in the last two weeks I’ve noticed my legs have gotten even thinner and stronger. I can see my body changing every week!
The meal plan and the program gave me the understanding of what to do with training and nutrition. I see a lot people around me not making any progress compared to me. It’s proof that what I’m doing right now works!
This program is different than anything else out there. I’ve tried many, and none of them gave me the results I wanted. Most of them contain advice that simply doesn’t work.
The workouts in this program are great. I used to base my workouts around machines, but those types of workouts didn’t work too well for me. Now that my workouts and my exercises are organized, I feel much more confident going into the gym.
Yes, I am much more confident now! People started to notice that my body changed a lot, that I look fantastic, and that I look healthier too.
I’ve got a lot of energy, a new-found interest in weightlifting, and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon! The program encouraged me and gave me the confidence to continue. I am really happy about it!
I have recommended this program to a lot of people already. Honestly, I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in living a healthy lifestyle.
I’ve noticed many people just stick with their own programs and go through the motions, scared to try something new. I really do believe that Thinner Leaner Stronger is for everyone; for those people that like to see change.
I’ve learned a lot, more than I expected. In the beginning it wasn’t like that, because the program seemed very simple to me. Most other types of workout programs are complicated. So I just gave it a try and ended up getting great results!
The more results I see, the more I want to continue to see what I can accomplish! 🙂 I am a cancer survivor and after beating it, I felt very empty and depressed. That’s the point when I started to think about gaining some strength back.
I started with yoga but that didn’t help me too much. Then I bought different sized dumbbells and used YouTube videos to exercise. I didn’t see too much progress, but I continued anyways.
And then I found Thinner Leaner Stronger. This is now the number one book on my shelf! I do believe the program helped me deal with my depression as well. I’ve never felt better!
I didn’t, but I’d like to try Legion supplements one day!
