What has happened so far on the program?

On the program so far, I’ve come a long way. After quitting the program after the summer of 2013 to do some power training and bulking hard with what was a ‘dirty’ bulk, but now after taking to the program once again, along with the right diet and correct mental attitude the desired physique can be achieved.

I’m still not happy with mine to date, and I don’t think I will ever be, but that is what keeps me motivated.

What do you like most about the program?

What I like about the program is that it fits around my everyday life, only 45 mins a day workout is perfect and just everything about the program, I love, especially the 5 day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing stopped me from buying the book originally as from the reviews I’d heard and read I would only be investing my money not wasting it.

As for starting the program, I was more than eager as it seemed to just fit perfectly around my current lifestyle, and the same goes for when I re-started the program in January of 2014.

What are three other benefits of the program?

Three other benefits of the program include a healthier mental attitude towards everyday life, along with the energy to get up and do whatever it is that you have your mind set to, that “get up and go” factor. The third of many benefits would be the boost of confidence, the thought that I look and feel great.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

I would definitely recommend the Bigger Leaner Stronger program to anybody as it is an easy to follow, adaptable regime that will fit into any lifestyle.

    Impressive results! I’ve been on the BLS Y1C now for 4 months..I’ve been wanting to bulk, eating around 3000 cal/day. Seeing strength increases on all big lifts, but not seeing too much size increase. That normal? Also, gaining more fat than desired around mid-section. 185lb currently, 6’0, 11.8%BF…Would it be beneficial to drop carbs and eat more around the 2600 cal/day, or would I likely not see an increase in size? Want the big, cut look. Any input would be great!
