I used Mike’s body fat calculator and his macro calculator to work out my macros. I cut them by 15% and followed his eating recommendations and created meal plans to hit my carbs, protein, and fats.
I found I was eating no where near enough protein before! Through his recommendations I learned how to balance my meals properly. I am still cutting my calories — but only by 10% because I want to continue building lean muscle.
I have lost 6 kg and 6% body fat and for the first time I can actually see the definition in my overall body tone. My strength has really improved due to these lifts! I rock climb as a sport and I’ve noticed my progress there the most since I have started lifting.
I used the 3-day split workout. It worked for me.
I’ve tried so many other forms of exercise from les mils workouts to running.
I have felt healthy, but it wasn’t enough. I wanted to change my nutritional habits because I knew I wasn’t eating properly.
I like everything about this program. It is easy to fit into my lifestyle.
The nutrition just takes a bit of prep for the week, but I actually enjoy doing this. I do HIIT workouts 5 times a week and weights 3 times a week. They are both very different and I like the fact that the HIIT’s are no longer than 25 mins.

To start with, the weight dropped off — yet I was eating more! This spurred me on and its now become a lifestyle rather than an exercise fad. I love everything I eat and can still treat myself when I want to.
I am happier about myself because my energy levels are so much better, and when I get tired, it’s a proper tiredness rather than a sugar low.
I am much more confident and I get compliments about my fitness level which makes me smile.
This program is for everyone — regardless of your situation or age. It’s so accessible and easy to do — and above all — enjoyable to do.
