I weighed 125 pounds when I started and now I weigh 113 pounds.
I also lost an inch off both of my thighs, my waist, and my hips.
I cut for 9 weeks and lost 10 pounds. I then reverse dieted and lost another 2 pounds. I’m currently increasing my calories even more to enter into a bulk, but my weight has not increased.
Throughout my time on Thinner Leaner Stronger, my strength has increased significantly and it continues to every week!
I started with the 5 day split and included three, 30 minute sessions of HIIT (sometimes I did four since I love cardio so much)!
