I didn’t really believe I had the discipline to stay with it. I had tried gym memberships in the past but didn’t know what I was doing, became frustrated, and just quit.
This program is so well laid out and explained, both how and why. I tried making it on my own, and while I was able to lose some weight without it, it was only after I started Bigger Leaner Stronger that the muscle gains really kicked in.
I have never tried another program, and now I don’t need to.
It is night and day. Before the program, I was sluggish and tired most of the time, and I hated what I saw when I looked in the mirror. In fact, I wouldn’t even remove my shirt at the pool.
I just chalked it all up to getting old. Now I feel like I’m 25 years younger and I’m proud of what the work has accomplished for my health, as well as the way my body looks.
I would recommend this program to anyone who is sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, especially those who have tried before and failed. In fact, I ordered Thinner, Leaner, Stronger for my girlfriend, and her strength has shot through the roof. She looks incredible!
The hardest part of this program is just committing to do it. That’s the first step. But if you will take it, Mike has cleared the way to your total success.
I am living proof that even at the age of 62, you can have a strong, healthy body and a physique of which you can be proud. It won’t be easy and it won’t be overnight, but it will be worth it. There will be challenges and maybe even road blocks along the way, but rest assured that Mike has provided the tools to deal with it all.
