I am 26 years old and in 1 year I went from 187 lbs at about 38% body fat down to 134 lbs, and am around 22% body fat now.
I have had two children and I was still able to drop 40 lbs using Thinner Leaner Stronger!
I did the 5 day split with two days of cardio, and I was able to raise the weight on my lifts at the same time.
My bench press started at 75 lbs, but it’s at 100 lbs now.
Both my squat and deadlift went up 60 lbs, from 135 lbs to 195 lbs.
I also increased by military press from 55 lbs to 70 lbs.
When I started, I had no idea what to do in the gym or how to eat correctly. I had never tried any other programs before.
I liked everything about the program.
