The before picture was taken on January 27, 2017 and I was 176 pounds and 25% body fat.
The after picture was taken on June 27, 2017 and I was 141 pounds and 9% body fat.
In six months I lost 35 pounds through maintaining a calorie deficit of 25%.
My body fat percentage dropped 16 points and I’ve continue to make strength gains on all my major lifts, especially now since I have begun to reverse diet!

Mike’s book is an invaluable tool to help you along in your fitness journey. But the most important thing is dedication to your own personal goal. Do the work, follow the guidelines, and you WILL see results. It won’t always be easy, but I guarantee you it will be worth it.
It’s shorter to list the ones I don’t use, haha! I’m currently using WHEY+, TRITON, TRIUMPH, FORTIFY, PULSE, RECHARGE, PHOENIX, and FORGE (when cutting). I also bought ATLAS for my bulk after my reverse diet is done.
