The first picture was when I first decided to put on weight about 6 years ago.
The middle picture was right before I started to use Bigger Leaner Stronger. I was 155 pounds and about 12% body fat.
The last photo I’m at a bodyweight of 170 pounds and am about 9% body fat.
While on the program, I tried to add muscle mass. I’m always on some sort of bulk because I lose weight so fast.
My bench press has gone from about 150 to 185. My deadlift has seen the most progress. I’ve increased my weight from 140 to about 225. Most of that increase came from me fixing my form.
The 5-day split.
Nothing! I bought it the second I learned about the program.
I love going to the gym with the objective of beating my previous self.
Before, I’d just go to the gym and did whatever the trainer told me to do, which wasn’t very effective. Now I know exactly what I’m doing every time I go into the gym.
I’ve done everything imaginable. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on personal trainers. They had me doing drop sets and not timing my rest periods. They didn’t keep track of my weights either–we were always guessing what weight I was lifting the week before.
Also, my form was nowhere near what it should’ve been. I was able to fix all these mistakes after reading Bigger Leaner Stronger!
I’m way more confident. As a working broadway actor, I step into auditions now and can tell that people notice me more!
I’ve had a lot more opportunities come along as a result of me transforming my body!
I’ve already had at least 15 friends buy Bigger Leaner Stronger since I shared about it on social media. I want all my friends to learn how to get the body they want, because I know how important it is!
Start slow. Really perfect your exercise form. You’re not going to the gym to show off for anyone. It’s all for you and I promise you’ll be happy with the result in the end!
