They represent 14 months. Started at 260 lb and 40% body fat. I’m now 181 lb and 15% body fat.
I cut from 240 lb to 184 lb from July 1, 2017 to October 1, 2017. I then bulked from 184 lb to 204 lb from October 1, 2017 to February 1, 2018. I started cut number two on February 1, 2018 and today I weigh 181 lb.
All of my big lifts have gone up considerably. My deadlift has gone from 185 lb to 335 lb. My squat went from 145 lb to 235 lb. My bench went from 95 lb to 185 lb. My overhead press went from 65 lb to 135 lb.
The 4-day split until March of 2018. Now I am on the 5-day split which seems to work better for me.
There was so much information out there it was hard to choose “who” to follow. I appreciate Mike’s scientific approach and it reassured me that the information was of good quality.
To be perfectly honest there is not “one” part I like the best. Bigger Leaner Stronger is all around perfect for me. It keeps me motivated, I have a road map for my training, and my diet is on point due to the program’s information.
This is the first and only time I have tried a program. I guess I got lucky finding this program first!

If I can do this anyone can do this. You have to trust the program and give it 110%. Giving just 60% will not work. If you want the body of your dreams, you have to give this program all you’ve got.
