I started at 173 lbs 12% bodyfat and cutt down to 170lbs. 7-8% bodyfat in 4 months.
I have noticed considerable strength gains and I am increasing weights weekly.
I’m recommending the program to people because it is such a point of fact program and it is working.
Nothing kept me from reading and putting Bigger Leaner Stronger in place. I think it is a complete challenge. I have tried at least 10 programs in the past. And yes, not attaining the look I am after would be considered disappointing.
What I enjoy most is it has a base schedule that is not changing up exercises and reps weekly. The results are impressive, and yes the fat lose I encountered starting the program was my best ever.
The program to this point is as good as it gets, no gimmicky stuff, just straight forward get stronger. The nutritional program looks spot on, again no bullshit approach.
I am looking forward to the lose and gains that are coming.
